Dr. Norjihan Ab Aziz is currently the assistant professor of the International Islamic University Malaysia. She is a Student Liaison Officer to assist the fourth year students who need support and advice on academic or personal difficulties. She serves as a naqibah for the staff of International Islamic University Malaysia. She graduated with LL.B from the International Islamic University Malaysia. She obtained her MCL and Ph.D from the International Islamic University Malaysia. She specializes in Criminal Procedure, Criminal Mediation and Sulh. She authored a paper entitled Restorative Justice: The Implementation in the Islamic Criminal Law According to the Quran and Hadith of the Prophet (s.a.w.) that has been awarded the Best Paper in SWAT (Seminar Wahyu Asas Tamadun) 2015. She has written numerous academic articles in the area of Criminal Mediation, Restorative Justice, and Sulh in the Islamic Criminal Law, which have been published in refereed journals and conference proceedings.
